Netflix Updated; Playback on 22 Devices Including Droid 3 & Side-loading for Tablets

Here's some great news for fans of streaming Netflix. The Netflix Android app has been updated and now includes a total of 22 devices on its officially supported roster. Furthermore, several more devices are able to use the app if you side-load the .APK, including the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, Motorola Xoom, and Asus Eee Pad Transformer. Here's a breakdown of the officially supported devices:
  • Casio G'zOne Commando C771 with Android 2.2
  • HTC Droid Incredible
  • HTC Droid Incredible 2
  • HTC EVO
  • HTC EVO 3D
  • HTC G2
  • HTC Thunderbolt
  • Lenovo IdeaPad Tablet
  • LG Revolution
  • Motorola Atrix
  • Motorola Droid
  • Motorola Droid X
  • Motorola Droid X2
  • Motorola Droid 2
  • Motorola Droid 3
  • Samsung Droid Charge
  • Samsung Epic 4G
  • Samsung Galaxy S

*Additional Note: The other articles online indicated that their were 24 officially supported devices, but the only list I could find only showed 22. Perhaps an interesting mystery for you guys to solve...?
